Buyer Tip on a Letter to Seller
There are some things a Buyer can do in a very competitive market when there are “multiple offers” or a bidding war is started on a home. I actually helped a Buyer NOT pay the highest price and still get the property by writing a letter to the seller. The Buyer was a “VET” and the seller was a “VET” and the Seller sold to my Buyer because he wanted a person who served our country to have his home!
